nhg.design is the studio site of NHG Design SRL, Soarelui 25, Giarmata, Timiș, Romania, run by Robert Csaszar. The pages, the works and the blog are informational: a record of what I make and how I think, offered as is. By using the site you agree to these terms.

no warranties on advice

Blog posts and notes reflect my experience at the time of writing. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and I make no warranties about outcomes if you act on them. Verify before you build on it.

project engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Client work is governed by the quote, proposal or contract we sign for that project. Scope, fees, timelines and liability live there, not here.

The contact and brief forms start a conversation. They do not reserve a slot or commit either of us to anything.

intellectual property

The showcased works belong to their respective clients and appear here with permission, as a record of the collaboration. The rest of the site, its copy, design and code, is mine. Do not reproduce either without asking first.

The site's source is public on GitHub under its own licence; that licence, not these terms, governs reuse of the code.

acceptable use

Do not use the forms to send spam, abuse or content you have no right to send, and do not try to disrupt the site for others. I may ignore or block submissions that do.

external links

I link out to tools, references and other sites I find useful, and to cal.com for bookings. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or their practices.

availability and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or be unavailable at times. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.

privacy

The privacy page explains what I collect and your rights over it, and is part of these terms.

governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

changes to these terms

When I make a material change I update the effective date and add a line to the changelog below. That dated entry is the notice; the current version always lives here.
